my little one is all stuffed up...
rough day... despite his fever breaking, my tot is congested both sinuses and chest... little coughing fits.... dripping nose. he also has a slight rash, I believe it's something relatively benign and common for his age group called roseola.
hopefully he sleeps tonight... he just fell asleep while reading with daddy on the sofa, he's half-sitting and seems to be breathing okay. hopefully dh can transfer him to the crib without waking him. I hope this passes quickly.
tried to book an appointment for him, but the earliest available appointment is next Thursday afternoon.
oh and I totally forgot this afternoon was the long-anticipated Grannies' Fabric and Yarn Sale, although it turns out we couldn't have gone anyhow due to X being ill, I'm disappointed to miss it. I was looking forward to it. I'd clipped the newspaper announcement, wrote it our calendar, mentioned several times to dh and various people... and still somehow totally forgot it was today. mommy brain...harumf.
