Return of the King blew my mind. I cried, I laughed, and Kara hid in my sleeve during the battle scenes. Shelob is more scary than I had imagined her. The last battle scene and the southerners looked just as I thought they would. The black gates were rad. Eowyn is still my favorite.
Yes, I have read the series. Yes, I still got excited even though I knew what was going to happen. And yes, the dead army is badass.
