I have no idea how I'd never seen the bleeding tiger up until today, somehow, this happened.

Maybe Atticus is onto something with R3 - you never know. XD

I usually hate naps, but I've just been taking them lately because, well I guess that's just what winter does to me. I hate it though.

I've been having naps a lot lately, too. I blame the huge difference in my sleep schedule at home and my sleep schedule at Anders' more than I blame winter...but I definitely blame winter too. Winter's a jerk. >.>

Winter is a jerk! But on that note, PS Kirsten FTW.

I'm so devastated that she's not available anymore, omg. I feel like all my students from Yung Wing would have really related to her story about living in between two cultures and mastering English. *sobs*

And apparently Samantha is no longer available either, which is sad, though not quite as *~tragic~*.

SOCIALLY LAZY SLOTH!!

I'm a fan of power napping. It's funny how napping for 2 hours makes me feel awful, but napping for 20 minutes makes me feel great.

Oh, apologies for missing him - it's occasionally hard to remember someone who is that socially lazy with me. :P

Yeah, the difference is staggering. I can get through the day okay if a nap is under an hour, but if it goes above, blerghhhhhh.

How about POKEMON POG GAMES? Or FURBY BOARD GAMES?

Both of which may or may not have been played recently. *facepalm*

ALSO LITTLEST PET SHOPS but what the fuck their heads are like EXPLODED SIZE now, what the fuck.

Also. Idioms for much win.

Oh my god, (the new) littlest pet shops are freaky! They have colonized my house. My daughter has over 150 of the damn things. O.o

NOOOOOOOOO! A couple years ago I did one of those giving tree things at Christmas, and an 8-year-old girl wanted Littlest Pet Shops. So I was like, OMG she's ickle!me, I have to get it for her. And then I found them at Toys r Us. And I screamed.

I remember Pokemon, Tamagotchi, Furbies, Beanie Babies, Gossebumps and Gameboys, but from my kid brother's childhood, not my own. *is old*

Naps: when I nap on the train, as I occasionally do, my naps last about 60 minutes, because that's the length of the rid (though often it's actually split into two parts by the conductor checking for tickets). The only other time I nap is if I'm ill, and then I'm likely to sleep for longer, like 1-2 hours.

Oh, wow, napping on the train. I can't really do that here. Does someone announce when it's your stop...or...how does this work, exactly?

They do announce the stops, but that doesn't wake me up necessarily, so I set my cell phone alarm to go off a little before we're scheduled to get to my station. The trains here are not at all crowded, though, so it's not very loud and also I generally have the two-person bench to myself, so I can put my backpack on the seat next to me and use it as a pillow.

Ahh, it must be nice to have an uncrowded train. In New York, subway cars drive you! not only would be things be crowded, loud, and generally unpleasant, but it's against the law to put your feet up on the seat. If you laid down like that, a police officer might come by and yell at you. I've seen it happen.

The cell phone alarm's a good idea!
