Sweetheart, "Lacrima" is the latin root for the word "tears," hence, the infamous part of the Dies Irae section of the Requiem mass entitled "Lacrimosa," meaning "weeping."
I happen to own one--it was given to my mother by a close friend after my grandfather was murdered, and she gave it to me on my wedding day. Sounds morbid, I know, but I was named for my grandfather (he died way before I was born) and it was symbolic of him being there with me on that day.
I've adored the idea of one since I read about a few years ago. Since then, I've been going nuts trying to find one as a present for my very best friend. (He's moving to New York in the not too distant future, and I want him to have one with my tears to remind him how much I miss him.)

No, don't tell me.
I'm greedy, but I like the suspense.
