Ever since my wedding day, I've been eating meals more regularly. This has ever so consistently increased my weight. Well, I guess it's time to actually do something about it.
Here is most of my plan
-Glass of water FIRST before ANY food
-Eat slowly (make it a competition!)
-No candy
-No added sugar (unless it has none to start)
-No fatty foods except milk (will still buy 2%, I'm not drinking "milky water")
-No limit on milk, but again, WATER FIRST.
-Take vitamin every other day
-Water or no calorie drinks only
-Eat breakfast (cereal/fruit)
-Eat Vegetables (use salt, pepper / no butter (use calorie free butter spray)
-1 serving per hour maximum. (one sandwich or one big scoop of whatever)
-Run every day for 30 min / minimum 3 times/week
-8 glasses of water per day
-Subway instead of Wendy's etc. (buy footlong, but put other 6 inch away for at least an hour)
Staples (when hungry):
peanut butter sandwich with honey (one slice)
fruit
Learn to say:
No, thank you. No, really. Thank you though. Yeah, I know I never turn it down, but I am now.
I'll be using "Lose It!", a free app on my iPod Touch, to keep track of my progress. We'll see how it goes.
