It's a planet, yes.

And magic... um. Is doing things that defy the laws of 'science', I suppose. It has it's own rules and things. I'm not a wizard, I can't explain it at length.

I worked for people who used to believe the outside world was a dream. So... they wouldn't have known what they were. I just didn't think there were many people like that here.

I'm a Dwarf. We live in mines, underground. The surface would be the 'outside' world.

Why do you live underground?

Because it is what Dwarfs are supposed to do, it is how we are created, and how we have become endarkened, by living underground. It is part of who we are.
