The lyrics are perfect. I love that-- they're realizations I never made but I identify with. I especially was struck by "and you can't fight the tears that ain't coming" because there are so many sad situations that somehow don't elicit tears, even when people around me might be crying... it's one of the things I never thought of so simply but, when put like this, I wonder how I never considered it.

my friend at Marist, she used to call me Flower and one time she wrote me this card and she addressed me as Flower/Rose. It was quite amusing.
