i guess Matt Sweeney & Bonnie "Prince" Billy are coming to town april 15, but i forgot where the guy at home of the hits told me they were playing. soundlab? that doesn't seem right. i'll have to look into it.
i was so excited to finally have my own copy of Ta Det Lugnt that while i was ripping off the plastic wrapping, i actually broke off part of the cd case. incredible album. mike was right--karl would fucking love this.
i've been looking for Reveille in stores for probably about a year now, so it's nice for that search to finally be over. it's supposed to be Deerhoof's best album, and considering how good Apple O' and Milkman are, i'm pretty excited to hear this one.
