Curry Night!
I hosted a curry night on Saturday, complete with curries that didn't poison my friends! Was much fun :-)
Rach came up on Friday and we devised a cunning menu, including Sri Lankan style Chinese rolls! We made the actual rolls on Friday night, while my Mum was hosting a dinner party, so the kitchen was really busy, and all the young 'uns were hanging in the kitchen/dining area with us which wasn't so cool...after the whole ordeal we were all sitting around the dining table laughing and nonsense 'cos we were all so TIRED. Was hilarious, really.
Saturday we went to some farmer's market's for nice fresh ingredients and cooked up storm and snuck in a granny nap! Briar was the first guest to arrive and was so hyper and bubbly and it was HILARIOUS! Everyone else arrived, and ate, and they're all still alive!! :-D And if they got sick the day after they didn't tell me! hehehe
