fall changes

Ah, encounters of a failing medical system!
I've returned two days from my quick trip to Manitoba.
I was the unofficial homecare nurse/homeopath/herbalist care provider for my momma.
I'm glad I was able to do it.
She was unexpectedly ill...and underwent two surgeries within two weeks. The first one was planned, the second one was due to complications from the first.
Thank God for homeopathics.  Relieved her symptoms and suffering within minutes when I used the right ones for the job.  Thank goodness I could at least find them in Winnipeg.
On the plane back home, my brain still reeling from the whole experience, and recharged with goals of herbalism and community, I jotted down several ideas I had rolling.
My friend Myrna checked it over.  She says they're not Chapters I've written down, but a series of books.
Cool. guess i should write some more hey?
I'm currently not working that much. Leaves a  lot of writing time to take advantage of.

Health in mind, I went for a jog in the dark this morning. My sleep clock is still two hours off in Central Standard Time, and I was wide awake at 5 am, so I chose to just take advantage of the morning.  Went fer a jog in the dark with my headlamp on.
You know, I was still a wee bit scared about critters of the wild that were out there. But the headlamp illuminates their eyes, and my dog was exuberantly loving the early morning foray.  I did briefly see another pair of little glowing eyes dashing off somewhere, likely a rabbit I think.

Anyway, got things to do. Got a world to influence, after I work on myself...
