You really have a gift for integrating settings into your stories -- and what an unusual atmosphere you created here! Not creepy, more... [flails about for a word] inhibition-stealing. Wilson's enthusiastic "politeness" was priceless. House's real fondness for Wilson shone through, too, from beneath the hilarious banter. That was one of the most original seduction scenes I've ever read!

It was interesting learning a bit about grindhouse for this challenge, and then this was what my brain came up with. The setting is almost creepy, because it's so...hedonistic, I suppose. Thanks so much for the comment!

You have a gift for mixing humor with seriousness, and in this particular case I absolutely adored the un-romantic romance. House's comment that Wilson is 'hot' was one fo the most satisfying confessions of 'love' I have ever seen, and the whole setting was beautifully painted. You have a real gift for story telling that I envy--you're able to show a setting in such a way that I can relaly picture it, and tailor interactions to suit it, and ...
