Church Bayith.

You, girl, are beyond brilliant.

I love Mary, I really do. So lucky, getting to spend time with all these H/W spawn. And Wilson's MIL advice? So sweet. Can't wait for the next part.

Cam someone please explain the Bayith thing. Confused Antipodean here.

Love the crazy crazy world you have going... reminds me of something: oh yes - real life.

It's explained in Chapter 7. You don't want me to spoil you, do you?

Ok, fine. Go here: http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~emcd/index17.htm and read the first sentence. (Site content not relevant to the discussion.)

Eep! I replied, not knowing it was a spoiler. Deleted, sorry. Although... now I see that you actually linked to the same definition I said, so never mind :-)

Sometimes I do amuse myself. From the first time I started thinking about this, I knew Church was under an assumed name. He had to be or Jack would've said, "Hey, my Dad's name is House, too," and it would've been over before it started. I'm kind of surprised nobody called me on that in the prior chapters.

Mary - oh, Mary. I had the hardest time with her here, because her personality/character (sweet, sympathetic, oriented toward supporting and helping others) is explicitly non-dramatic. A great person to know but not so exciting to write about. : ) Plus I had to keep reminding myself that her middle name is not Sue.

Thanks!

Well, I thought it would be rather pointless to try pointing the logical fallacies in this :-) It's one of those "accept the premise, enjoy the story" fics.

So, you know how you have that Big List Of Fics post that you wrote up for Remix? How would you feel about dating it 2010 or something, so it appears at the top of your journal? Or linking to it from yuor main page? Could be mighty convenient for us readers...

You're got the right attitude toward the fic, but I really am trying to minimize the number of logical fallacies (other than, you know, the whole existing in the same universe thing). Any ones you want to point out, feel free.

I made my fic list my "website" - so it's now at the top of my page and on my userinfo page. Thanks for the suggestion!
