When I got in last night I was tired and decided to get an early night. Foolishly I chose to pick up Dawkin's The God Delusion for a few minutes for a short read. Foolish because I could not put it down until after six o'clock this morning. It was such a compelling read.
I had to chuckle when Dawkins mentions Ted Haggart
Following from that I decided to do some googling and came upon the following relevant resources:
A speech at the Cambridge Union Society (
MP4 or
MP3) and the subsequent question and answer session
(MP3).
Also of interest is Ken Miller's thorough
talk on stupidity of Intelligent Design. It's two hours long including the Q & A session so you have been warned. Also interesting is the fact that Miller is apparently a devout Catholic.
