Dawkins Resources

Nov 05, 2006 19:14

When I got in last night I was tired and decided to get an early night. Foolishly I chose to pick up Dawkin's The God Delusion for a few minutes for a short read. Foolish because I could not put it down until after six o'clock this morning. It was such a compelling read.
I had to chuckle when Dawkins mentions Ted Haggart

Following from that I decided to do some googling and came upon the following relevant resources:

A speech at the Cambridge Union Society (MP4 or MP3) and the subsequent question and answer session (MP3).

Also of interest is Ken Miller's thorough talk on stupidity of Intelligent Design. It's two hours long including the Q & A session so you have been warned. Also interesting is the fact that Miller is apparently a devout Catholic.

dawkins, intelligent design, religion
