Game of Thrones... THE HBO TV SERIES?!?!?!?!?!
HOW?! How could I not have heard about THIS sooner?!?!?!?!?
George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire has to be one of my all time favorite... everythings. Book. Series. Writer. You name it, I heart it like whoa. He's pretty much a fantasy writing GOD.
If you haven't read it and you like fantasy... it's just, omfg, you just have to. Martin paints his world in tones of gray, there is no infinite evil or almighty good. Nothing is black and white. Every one of his characters are incredibly real and above all else, human. They are all made up of good and bad and Martin has a skill for making you see things through their eyes and even better- understand them.
And now HBO is turning his epic work into a TV series.
I am so ready for this.
And this is completely unrelated but sweet Jesus, can we please talk about how HOT these pictures are?!?!?!?!
