Things you enjoy, not because you have to but because you WANT to, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.

Not In Any Order:

1. Dave Matthews Band, the music sucks me in. Gives me phrasing for my day.

2. Playing my own music on the back porch, shirtless, shoeless, uninhibited. (following my 'vocal coach.')

3.Writing poetry even when it sucks.

4. Talking to my few friends passionate about religion, and music. Mostly just listening to their opinions.

5. Meditation. Soul reaching, mind clearing meditation. Call it prayer, call it reclusive. I call it my way into a beter person.
