Tomato and squash plants are so big and heavy they are having trouble staying upright in the bales and he had to construct a PVC pipe framework to support things. Tomatoes will be ripe and red in a week or so and I can't wait. Good, fresh, homegrown veggies right off the vine. Doesn't get much better, right?

This also only takes up about a 10x10 foot area next to the gazebo, and is incredibly easy to tend to compared to traditional gardens. We're talking about a small greenhouse area this fall to keep things going into the winter and get a jump on things next spring.
