Chapter 7

On Monday, as Kamenashi got to the Relaxation Center he was told Akanishi Jin resigned and appointed him to another doctor.

He just stood in front of the reception desk, thinking he probably heard it wrong and the blond haired actually meant : Akanishi is now with another doctor, as in he is having a conversation with a coworker. That had to be it because nothing else made sense.
-  When will Akanishi be here? he asked again, this time more anxious and afraid to hear the answer.
- As I just told you, Kamenashi-kun, Akanishi Jin has resigned. He no longer works here. Your new doctor is waiting for you in 212, the receptionist repeated one more time before smiling.
Kamenashi sighed and hoped this was all a joke his doctor was playing on him. After all that happened and all he did in order to hide the incident from Friday night, nothing like that was supposed to take place.
He slid the door open using a bit too much force, scaring the one who was sitting behind a desk. His new doctor looked pretty normal. Actually, too normal. He was too used to the image of the white coat and geeky glasses that the entire attire of the one waiting for him seemed even more weird than what actually was weird. He recognized the doctor as being the same receptionist he first encounter when Jin decided to take him fishing.
-  Kamenashi-kun, I think you have been told I'm your new doctor and... , Pi started talking, attempting to be serious but carefully watching the expression of the one still standing close to the door.
Kazuya looked beaten up, tired and almost lifeless as if someone pulled out all the energy out of him and left him in that pitiful state.
-  Why? Kazuya interrupted him, suddenly looking up, straight into his new doctor's eyes.
-  Akanishi Jin has resigned so.., he tried explaining.
- Why did he resign?  he almost shouted, clenching his fists, refusing to enter the room.
Something was wrong. All of it was wrong. Why would Jin do that? There was nothing that could have caused such a reaction or at least nothing that could have been found out. He made sure Akanishi would not know what happened between the two of them just that he could continue going to therapy.
-  That you will have to ask him , calmly replied Pi, smiling, anticipating what was his new patient going to do.
Kazuya didn't reply nor did he apologized. He just turned around and started running, his feet carrying him all the way to the baka doctor's apartment.
His heart was beating faster than ever, almost jumping out of his chest. He could feel a strong but pleasant pain spreading through his body but he really didn't care. He needed to find out why did Jin resign and why was it all happening like that. If by chance it had to do with that Friday night, then they could have just put it aside.
That was better. Anything was better than just drifting apart without explaining anything. Just leaving was not a solution. It made him even more hurt.
He stopped and took a few deep breaths and then licked his lips, a habit that kept reappearing each time he was nervous, clenched his fists and looked up to the door number, ready to ring. He waited and as he did that he could feel his heart getting smaller and smaller and a void taking its place.
He heard footsteps and then his heart started racing like crazy, wondering how will he react when he finally sees his doctor. Well, his former doctor.
The door opened slowly and he looked up, his eyes meeting with those of the one called Akanishi Jin. Right after that, before he could stop himself, he clenched his fists again and threw a punch.
The older one tripped and fell down, immediately touching his cheek as he felt it hurt.
- What the fuck are you doing? he asked in disbelief, cursing for the first time ever since  he met Kazuya.
That made the boy flinch a bit but all of a sudden anger took hold of him.
- What the fuck are you doing? he shouted back, slamming the door behind him.
- I'm currently on the floor wondering what the hell is wrong with you, he hissed, standing up, a bit concerned and embarrassed by the entire situation. But it was going to happen sooner or later.
- Why did you quit the Relaxation Center? Kazuya muttered, clenching his fists once again.
- Just because. Why should I explain myself to you? Akanishi muttered back, doing the same thing.
- Because I am your patient, you ass!
- You are not my patient. Not anymore, Jin shouted back, gulping as he realized the weight of what he just said. And then a series of lines, more shouted than spoken followed.
- And I am asking why is that. Why did you quit being my doctor?
- It's not like I quit just being your doctor!!
- But you did quit!!
- Because I felt like it!!
- That's not a fucking reason!!
- Well, there's no fucking answer!! Why do you care anyway?
And then it was when Kazuya opened his mouth to shout something back but no words came out. Why did he care? Could he say it? Say that he fell in love with Akanishi Jin? If he would have done that, wouldn't the other think he is just doing the same as that stalker patient? He could not say it.
It was impossible for him to admit that he fell in love especially when the other didn't feel the same at all. So he got turned on once and drank a bit so he got messed up and then laid. Was that good enough to ensure some real feelings where hidden behind?
 - That's not the point..., he spoke after moments of silence. Silence in which Akanishi looked at him and bit his lower lip, hopping to hear something that he didn't in the end.
Maybe a more logical talk would have been better.
-  Then? he asked almost mockingly.
- I just started therapy a couple of weeks ago. I encountered a weird doctor that made me do plenty of weird things and now I find out that he resigned without even telling his patients. It's common sense to at least explain.
He was surprised by his own explanation. He never thought he was so good at finding excuses until the time to actually use one came. So he could lie. He realized that the same night he pretended not having slept with Akanishi Jin but not he was telling another lie.
He actually felt abandoned. Crushed. The only reason he hid all that happened was precisely because he wanted to continue with the therapy and see more of his doctor. It was his only selfish request. He wanted to see more of the older one and that was why he sacrificed is own feelings. He didn't want to leave Jin but it seemed that the other decided to do so. It was painful. Really painful actually.
-  I am sorry, Kazuya, Jin spoke more calmly, using for the first time the name "Kazuya" when referring to the one that used to be "Kazu-chan"
-  What for?
-  I am sorry but I have decided to quit that center and so I did. I will not change my mind. There are things more important than it.
It hurt. Like hammers hitting long nails inside his heart, that's how he felt. He almost chocked when hearing that and he wanted to escape. To go somewhere where none of it ever happened.
It would have been better. If he had never met Jin he would have never fallen for him and therefore never have to suffer like he was right then.
Things more important then being his doctor... . That could have been true. It was true. So true that it crushed his heart into little pieces. He slowly lifted his hand all the way to the wrist around which he had the bracelet he got from Akanishi and clenched his fists one more time, remembering that moment.

"Well..." and he stopped. "Ah...I remember!" giggled Jin, pulling out a small box from within his white coat. Hell know how Kazuya didn't feel it as the doctor's body felt completely over his. Maybe the coat had magic pocket. "Here you go. For you!"  he smiled happily, handing it to his patient.
Kamenashi took the box but couldn't open it. His heart stopped beating for a few seconds there as he saw it . "A ring could fit it perfectly" he thought while staring at it. His heart turned little as he flipped the top. He felt like a girlfriend waiting to be asked in marriage. A cute bracelet appeared before his eyes with a small, cute turtle pendant attached to it. It looked damn adorable.
"I think you are more of a Kazu-chan but Pi said you were a Kame-chan and I happened to agree. I will still call you Kazu-chan, thought. " said the doctor. He looked so proud of himself that Kazuya couldn't help wanting to hug and praise the other.
"You always buy gifts to you patients?" he asked instead, trying to hide his blush and happiness.

Maybe Jin did bought presents for all the patients he freaked out. How many did he freak out? Was he just one of the many? If so, the bracelet meant nothing. He pulled it off and threw it down, looking furious at the older one.
- I get it. I apologize for disturbing you, Akanishi Jin-san, he spoke in a way too polite tone, making Jin shiver.
It felt too cold, too distanced and way too real.
He grabbed the bracelet that was thrown at him and then tried to stop the younger one from leaving but Kazuya was already nowhere to be found.
Akanishi bit his lower lip again, looked all concerned at the bracelet and squeezed it tight, thinking that he has to fix it before giving it back.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
He quit crying. He stopped as soon as he got into the big crowd that wouldn't have noticed him anyway. They were far more concerned with their own problems so to mind a guy crying. Even if he would have been bleeding, no one would have noticed. That was how the world was.
He now had to go back to his world. It was pointless to continue the therapy where every place would have reminded him of the one called Akanishi Jin.
He just went back home. Home where no one could hurt him and no one would have to remember him. Or so he thought. As soon as he got closer to the apartment where he lived, he saw his friends, greeted them and was greeted back.
- Kame, where's your bracelet? Koki was the first to ask, looking around himself.
As if it's going to be here,   Kazuya thought, trying to put on a fake smile.
- Weren't you supposed to be at therapy at this hour? Tat-chan asked next, checking his clock, realizing it was more then half an hour before the time Kamenashi should have returned.
- I'm not doing it anymore, he casually replied, making both his friends stare at him.
- Why....why not?! Koki got freaked out, wondering if it had anything to do with the little joke he played his friend.
He only put a few stimulants, some pills that were supposed to make Akanishi more receptive and more bald in taking action if he really wanted. No inhibitions. That was his purpose. Did he cause troubles?
-  Nothing much. Akanishi Jin just resigned from the Relaxation Center, he explained, putting on his best fake smile.
- What?! both his friends shouted, almost stumbling on their feet as soon as they heard the news.
Kazuya went all the way up to his apartment and close the door behind him, wanting to just sleep. He wasn't in the mood for anything anymore. Not even going out with Koki and Tat-chan.
And he was regretting having thrown away the bracelet. That was the only thing he would have ever had from Jin and the only reminder that what happened was actually true.
Downstairs, Tat-chan pulled out his cellphone and started dialing a number.
- Who are you calling? Koki asked curiously.
- Ryo. He should know what's going on.
- What?! Don't tell me you guys are dating! he almost shouted. That fast?! he shouted again.
- Yeah. So what?
Koki face palmed himself and turned around, suddenly acting all melodramatic. Kazuya had fallen for Akanishi Jin, Ueda met a guy who suited him in every way and they were dating, he was the only one without a love or someone to date. Just a date would have been enough.
-  Ok. Don't worry! concluded Ueda after closing his phone, not even saying good bye to the one he was talking to.
- Is it alright to treat Ryo like that?
- Ryo is, surprinsingly, an M. He has a poisonous tongue and  makes a good match when arguing but I just need to arouse him a bit and I win. He liked it when I do it. Apparently, I'm his Hime, Ueda grinned, showing an evil smile that Koki hadn't seen in a very long time.  And a Hime must rule over her servent's right? he continued, smirking some more.
It gave him the chills how Ueda could look so innocent but be such a devil on the inside.
- You're the devil..., Koki concluded, shuddering only at the thought of it.
- Shut up and move it. We shouldn't be here. Not tonight! Ueda ordered, suddenly feeling the urge to see Ryo.
- Huh? But...but...
He couldn't stop the older one from kicking his ass and making him get out of there as soon as possible. He felt bad for leaving Kazuya alone but he figured something was going to change at some point. If they hit it right with RyoDa, then Akame also had to happen. And then he remembered Nakamaru. Maybe after all, he wasn't going to be single.
Kazuya twisted and turned in bed, not exactly falling asleep. It was too early and he was way too sad. He reluctanly got out of bed when he heard the doorbell and he just sighed all the way there. His friends were one pain in the ass .Well...Koki was.
He opened the door without looking who it was first and then frozed. He took one step back and opened his eyes wide, not believing what he was seeing.
What was HE doing there?
A/N  :  I'm thinking there gonna be at least 2 more chapters and maybe an Epilogue.
The Unforeseen Love will get longer then I originily thought but it's ok.
I'll finish the 5 parted one-shot and think of another story to write up soon.
