I can justify this because my color skills are completely nonexistent and I admit, grudgingly, that a little color every now and is a good thing. Probably. So I've been trying to practice a bit. For one, I need a new color pic for the redesign I'm working on for OniKimono.com which is too dark and static right now and could use a little more life. Obviously I've got a lot of work to do.
Am I the only one that doesn't really like the tools in Photoshop?? The next experiment will take place in CG Illus -- which DOES have a watercolor brush. I wonder if it's similar to the watercolor brush in Painter that the Kim Hyung Tae -esque camp so loves?
(And just as an aside, I'd like all you people-- including Chris Hart who solicited me some months ago and, after perusing my webcomic, was like 'have you ever drawn any women??'-- to note that Arashikio is a GIRL. So HA.)
