Fuck this is random
So Christmas was good. Very eventful, actually. Last Saturday we went to my Padrino's house for an early Christmas Eve dinner. We hung out, had a few drinks and ate so much yummy Puerto Rican food mmmm *rubs belly* I'm gettin hungry just thinking about it. I got to see Willie Jr.!! Of all my godfather's kids, he the one who's closest in age to me. We used to play together when we were little and I seriously haven't seen this kid since...uhmm...I wanna say 17? It was in the later part of my high school years for sure. But yea. He's such a cutie now! It's funny but I'm not all like hey let's do it or anything haha
Sunday we had Christmas dinner lunch with my dad's side of the family. Usually we all get together on Christmas Day but too many of us had to work on Wednesday so yea. More yummy PR food XD I went home and continued my work on my mom's christmas gift and then later joined Nina for a drink at our local pub. Which is actually Flanigans. :/ I gotta find a closer pub that is ACTUALLY a pub and not just a sports bar type place. Anyhoo that was cool and Nina gave me gifts from her and Paul. A necklace that I had actually pointed out to Kristi earlier in the week (LUV it!) and a S&TC Kiss and Tell book. It's pretty fucking rad. And Paul gave me a little black Kama Sutra book which I need to put to use ASAP hehe. It was nice catching up and just shooting the shit. Nina is a pretty awesome person.
Monday was spent at work, last minute shopping and getting ready. We always spend Christmas Eve with my mom's side of the family. We headed over there and ate even more food (gawd I must've gained 10 lbs already) and joked around. I spent a good 45 minutes talking to my Uncle Charlie about all these different types of music and stuff so we're gonna burn each other cd's of new stuff to listen to. I'm excited :D We got home and everyone who manages time well went to bed while I stayed up until about 5 am wrapping and finishing my mom's apron. Tuesday brought gifts!!! Oh man!

So exciting! I feel so very blessed right now. My family and I aren't rich by any means but when it comes to Christmas gifts, we all spend far too much money on each other. I guess it's kind of our way of thanking each other for all the love? Who knows. But I know all of us came out with some serious loot this christmas and everyone was wicked happy XD I hope my future husband and kids feel as loved as I do every day. [Assuming I have kids...cause I vary day by day. 0 kids or 3 kids, friends, depending on the day. Those are my two options haha]
Last night I went to see Sweeney Todd again with a bunch of friends but it ended up selling out before Brina, Shannon and I could acquire tickets. Jenny and Christine were already inside and we were all supposed to grab a drink after :/ So instead, the three of us went to the other theatre and caught a showing of Juno. OMG YOU GUYS. See. This. Movie. ASAP. It's so fucking good.
Ok first things first, I fucking LOVE Michael Cera. He's so cute, nerdy and witty I can't even explain. LOVE! Besides that, this movie was sharp, sarcastic and generally hilarious. I feel like if I wrote a screenplay, it'd be like this one. I love all the different characters and their neurosis. Juno's best friend (whose name i forget) cracked me up. She was so bubbly and adorable and yet cracked out in her own way. Just goes to show that even the cute cheerleaders can be crazy. Jason Bateman was so fucking loveable in this movie right until the end. I really thought he was gonna fall in love with Juno O.o but I guess the mark of good writing is when the plot isn't totally predictable. Vanessa kind of annoyed me until the end, sort of the reverse of her husband. I love love love Juno's family. They were amazing fantastic love. Anyone else feel really bad at the end for dumb jock boy who secretly loves Juno? Poor dumb jock boy. Indie chicks are for nerds! Another thing that fucking owned about this movie was the soundtrack. I need to d/l it ASAP.
I keep trying to find a burger phone online now. I was almost positive that fredflare.com had one but I don't see it there. I kinda want to buy it for Shannon :/ *shrugs* Sigh. I can't wait for this movie to come out on dvd. I think probably I'm going to see it again with Kristi when she gets back in town XD After the movie we went for a drink and I had so much fun. We played pool and flirted with these cute twins who are in the air force (read:nice bodies oh my), one of whom insisted that he knew me from somewhere. After much back and forth, we decided that he was on my brother's soccer team that my dad coached ages ago. And we must have met. Whatever, he was hot and we flirted. SERIOUSLY AMAZING ASS. NO LIE. But yea, that was fun even though I know I got hom later than my parents like and now I'm sure they're pissed (even if they haven't mentioned anything yet).
I remembered today about the photo meme that I need to post. I used my digi cam to take most of the pictures, except the ones of my job which I did on the disposable I had to finish. I'll develop that tomorrow and figure out how to upload pictures to this computer tonight. Thus, I should be able to post the photos tomorrow :D I want to go write something. Or draw something. I dunno. Be creative. I'll figure it out. Or get bored and lazy and end up not figuring it out. I should probably go finish my mood theme for PD since I've neglected it for a while :/ Bah.
