my subject is from the emperors new groove. ^^
i jus listened to a song named mother mother. it is a song supposed to be a phone conversation to a mother by a daughter out living her own life after leaving home. i loved the line "i'm hungry. i'm dirty. i'm losing my mind... EVERYTHING'S FINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
a day or so ago i went to visit emma. i filled up at the petrol station, drove to uni, and promptly realised that the lecture was cancelled. i decided to cash an offer from rio to have coffee with her, since i had an hour to kill.
i went to hers in werro and had coffee. she makes good coffee. we chatted about stuffs and girls and boys (we used to base a lot of our friendship back in HS on bitching and plotting). heheh i went out with her in 1999 and had a crush on her for the rest of HS *cringes at the lameness*. anyhoo, patted binta (her basenji) and left.
went to emmas, got there and my phone rings. "oh hello officer. did i buy some petrol today? OH SHIT!!" i remembered. i had filled the car with exactly 30 dollars worth of juice (the amount of money i had), then got straight back in the car and drove off. WOOPS >_<
watched lilo and stitch at emmas, said goodbye and went to pay for my petrol before the officer went home for the day and would have had to report me. heheh
this morning it was so nice in my elekky blanketed bed that i couldn't get up! i missed watching last samurai at uni for my jap history lecture.
i applied at pizza hut and guess who was serving at the front counter? a friend of mine named steve, who i knew from high school, he used to be in the year above me and caught my school bus! and he was the MANAGER! woot! so he said come in tomorrow and this other lady will interview you. i probably have a job now.
i spent all evening trying to get network cables through the roof between my room and the office, and now the stupid fecking switch we bought is being a twathead. bah, shannon said he'd take a look at it, so it'll be aight.
talked to a really cool girl this evening. she likes a lot of things i like, feels the same as i do about most things, and hopefully i'll be meeting her for the first time in the near future. it was so uncanny she refused to believe i really liked the same and thought the same ^_^
