(no subject)
yea, so i know it's been FOREVER since i updated. what can i say, i'm a busy girl. here's the scoop since i've been on last:
softball pretty much sucks right now. i never get to play in varsity games (but i did last year) cos i'm on both that and jv. then coach cancelled all but two of the jv games for the rest of the season, so that's a ton more bench-sitting and bookkeeping for me. real exciting :(
last saturday i went to vestavia's prom, that was fun, and i found out last night that i made it on some videos and some classes took a vote and i was voted best-looking date at the prom! (well of course, it's me right? jk) tonight i have a date with alex, the guy i went to prom with, and he's REALLY tall. i mean, i used to be 5'3" but now i'm 5'2.5" with flip-flops on, and he's 6'2-3".
everybody got to play last night in the tournament but me, so i'm working today. well i was anyway, last night was just more motivation to go make money instead of just sitting on my butt.
and then, last night, we got chewed off for goofing off during warm-ups. oh well, coach can kiss my butt cuz i'm played 1 inning all fucking season, and that's not even altogether, that's two 1/2 innings. i don't care what she says anymore. even if i am the varsity catcher next year, i don't think that i could deal with her again. plus, mom and dad said they'll pay for my pilot's license and i've wanted that since i was 10 so that's something i could do in the spring that i would enjoy like i used to feel about softball. i mean, the coach is so stupid that she won't even let us have diamond dudes like we did last year (i love u burdzy). and, of course, like all teams, there are a few select players that can do no wrong, and that's evidently all i do except for when she's being nice to me and then i feel bad for being so pissed at her. oh well, i'll get over that soon enough.
and, i played with addie's rubix cube in school yesterday so i'm running by wal-mart to get one on the way to work. i feel like such a dork, but it's so much fun to play with!
