In February 2003 Sen. Robert Byrd (FROM WEST VIRGINIA OF ALL PLACES) delivered a speech from the Senate floor regarding Iraq.
this should go down in history as one of the more elegant examples of American rhetoric, and the only sensible, logical words to come out of our government since 9/11.
