the part that bothers me most is that he's not facing any charges. if ever there was a case where someone should be REALLY fucked by the law, it's this one.

yah. i wrote about this in a lj group and a few people actually were defending his behavior, saying that "a wedding is really important and they would do the same thing". how fucked is that? this guy should be in jail. and i love the part about how he does not want his name released b/c "the stigma attached to the disease". yeah right. he does not want it released because people would hate him. And it should be released, no matter what he wants. he is a fucking criminal.
