my own personal EM
After listening to Extraordinary Machine a lot since I got it, I've started to miss certain things about the leaked version that just don't cut it in the released version. So today I threw together my own personal version of Extraordinary Machine. It goes as follows:
1. Extraordinary Machine (leaked version)
2. Better Version of Me (leak)
3. Used To Love Him (leak)
4. Oh Sailor (leak)
5. Oh Well (leak)
6. Red Red Red (released)
7. Please Please Please (leak)
8. Parting Gift (released DUH)
9. Not About Love (leak)
10. Waltz (released)
It works very well. Unfortunately the album is only 41 minutes long now because I cut out the two songs I just don't like, "Window" and "Get Him Back," but I like this combination and this order better than either version of the album in its entirety. Although by this list it looks like I much prefer the leaked version, if I had to choose which "Window" and "Get Him Back" I preferred it would've been the released versions for both- both songs are much better with the Elizondo production. But I just don't like the songs, man. So I pretty much like each album 50/50. Fiona's albums are supposed to only be 10 songs long anyway, so I'll pretend those other two songs never existed.
