Last night and today Sarah and I went up to Tamworth to visit her nan (and dad who was there too) tamworth was nice and nothing at all like anywhere in surrey.
On thursday I went to the Detica LI summer party at the weyside inn, in guildford - I ended up doing some competitive drinking with dykes (I haven't done that for a long time!) we raced downing pints of caffery's then smirnoff ice strawpedoes (i'd never tried that before - brings to my mind images of emma monty-bebb shouting "strawpedo" at the top of her posh-girl voice!) I think I got away with it and still had quite a productive day of work yesterday.
