Yo.

So Tuesday I saw Small Brown Bike. Of course they were really good, but there were some problems. They refused to play anything but the new record, except for two songs of the Nail Yourself To The Ground ep, and they played "See You In Hell" as the encore. Almost everyone in the crowd was yelling out songs, and at one point they were like "Oh, so you're going to be the crowd that hates us because we're only playing new songs.." it kinda pissed me off. I mean, I can understand why they might be bored of playing those old songs, and are excited about their new shit, but you should keep it a happy medium for both you and the fans.

They rocked, and the new album is good, so it wasn't horrible or anything, but when they played "See You In Hell" everyone fucking lost it. The show would've been much more exciting had they been playing songs the crowd knew. Eh. Whatever.

Went to Fitzy's on wednesday with Carolyn, it was packed, and we were both getting fed up of having ugly people brush against us every five minutes.

Thursday went to Fitzy's again, this time to see my friends band, and my uncle was in town so I took him with me. I don't think he was feeling the band, since they're basically three-chord punk, and he's like a guitar virtuoso. It was a fun night, the music is always the best on thursdays, and I got to kick Kelly out of the band, I felt really bad about it though. I hope she doesn't really care. She's a totally awesome girl, but hey, the other drummer has a practice space. What can you do.

Last night Liam, Steve, Luke and I went out to the middle of a forest and had some drinks at this "fort" Steve and Rob built. It was nice being outside, the night wasn't that cold and we had a fire. Winter's coming soon. I likely won't be spending much more time outside, and that's not cool.

Luke was tired so he drove us to D'Arcy's, when we got there he was passed out on the couch, so Liam, Steve and I freaked him out and woke him up. The look on his face was hilarious, he had no idea we were coming over so it was a total surprise. Waking up to three of your friends throwing devil horns and headbanging is always great.

Tonight we're going to Fitzy's for Meredith's birthday.

I need a haircut, but I don't want it too short. I don't know what to do.

Kindra went to Ottawa for the weekend. I miss her.
