Book Review #36
I finished Strong Front by Jim Butcher a couple of days ago. The beginning was slightly slow starting, and a lot of comments made it seem like there was a previous novel which there wasnt. So some things were a little confusing and somewhat not thought out. But the author gave the character so much wit and sarcastic humour that I found myself drawn to the novel even with the badly thought out background. By the end I was looking for reasons to read (seeing as I only ever read n the subway these days). My verdict: Im going to read the second one so it wasnt wasting my time to read. So check it out possibly.
