This is one of the few people I actually knew about before meeting - he had kind of a nasty reputation where I was from. But...he doesn't seem that bad to me? When Big Boss disappeared, he kind of helped me out in ways...gave me advice...let me move Raven in. And he also gave me some lessons in hand-to-hand combat!
1/4 - He...actually came back, after disappearing for a pretty lengthy time! Was Kadaj behind this?! He did once speak of bringing him back...that can't entirely be a coincidence, can it?!
But it's good to see him back...even if it's a little depressing to think about the fact that people lose their memories of those they meet within the Port. But if he came back...does this mean that others will follow?
1/26 - He thinks I should look into persuasive speaking. Maybe I should. But the truth is, I had to write something today, because he's working as a stripper. It's just...I didn't expect him to go into that, after the reputation he had in my world, you know? I mean, it's not the worst thing in the world, it's just - boggling, I guess.
3/13 - I think Liquid might have had a little too much to drink tonight. I hope he makes it up the steps okay, since he was too stubborn to accept my help.
But he too is seemingly having a hard time finding a purpose to live for. I guess I'm glad I'm not the only one. But he seemed to be on board when I suggested he help me take down the companies, so that's good, I guess!
4/14 - I witnessed him, Kadaj, Yazoo, and...some other person I didn't recognize torturing a police woman. That's something I can't really get behind, but...I guess I have to trust him on this one. If I were in the same position, and I knew I could get any of my unit mates or Alex back that way...I likely would have down the same thing.
But basically, I guess I don't have a reason to be suspicious of him. Or at least I don't think so?
4/26 - I never really knew Shinji or Kazuhiko, but from how Liquid reacted, I assume that he (they?) must have been his important person: someone who does more than serve as just a friend, but isn't quite family either. I understand. I had that once.
I offered to try to help him get vengeance against SERO, but even so, I should try to keep an eye on him. Even if he is a stronger person than I am.
Speaking of which, he said he could teach me how to become a leader. I...don't know if that can be taught, but I guess we'll see what happens.
5/19 - I found myself in the odd position of talking Liquid out of attacking an AGI facility on his own. I say this is odd, because in the past, I would have been the first person to go march into a building on my own. After that cultist incident though (and Alex not around to "have my back"), I'm learning that you need to take your time with these attacks.
Thankfully, he seemed to see the sense in my words, and it seems that we'll attack the facility on another day.
Note to self: Never speak badly about boxes around him. That was...certainly one of the more odder experiences, within the Port.
5/29 - After receiving some weird call from him saying that he was all right...I see on the network that he was taken in by the police. CLEARLY EVERYTHING WAS NOT ALL RIGHT. I'm kind of mad that he'd lie to me like that, but I guess I'm more concerned about the fact that he's detained in the first place. And that his important person apparently wants to kill him if he gets himself killed.
Confusing, I know.
6/14 - But apparently he's okay now? I spoke to him for a little while today. I guess he has to go into therapy...which I don't trust one bit, but he seems fine with it. He seems more busy trying to look after Kadaj (and maybe Yazoo) though, so I guess he wouldn't do anything too rash if he has something more important to do.
8/5 - He hugged me today. That was really weird! I usually hug people to kill them, but I don't want Liquid dead! But still, I can control that power of mine, so I guess it wasn't that big of a deal.

Anyway, I guess he's out of fighting against the companies for sure. I'll admit I'm disappointed, but I guess I respect his wishes.
