[All that can be seen, at first, is something blurry and golden. It's only when the PCD is knocked over that anything more can be see, such as the curious foal of gold coat that had knocked the device off the fallen tree it once rested on, along with the man it belonged to. D is speaking softly, another foal having it's head rested on his lap with ears perked. Grazing around him are full grown unicorns, along with those younger.
The count had stumbled upon a herd of them in his walk to get away from the memories of the past week. He had been unsettled by how easily he had been made to believe he was part of a family, one quite unlike his own. A husband, eleven children. He'd only spoken to one of them before, and merely heard of the man he'd been.. married to. The one who wanted the dragon's heart.
He couldn't remain near any of the populated areas, instead retreating to a place that had no more the touch of man than it already had to be brought to this world.
Count D petted along the mane and neck of the silvering child with it's head in his lap, appearing as if he saw nothing wrong with the world. A few of the other youngest members of the herd rested around him, even a few of those with their horns grazing close as if to listen.
Catching sight of the PCD's red light caused his silence, leaning over just enough to block the screen with a hand, lifting it up from the grass.]
That week is best left forgotten.
[Turning it off.
Damn things.]
unicorns are awesome,
d out and about,
beware the goat,
t-chan is always watching,
what is this i don't even,
never speak of this again,
let's forget that,
