Updateage. Again.
Well, still alive, for those that aren't in regular contact with me.
Work's alright. I'm no longer the Shop bitch. I've actually got some credibility and I'll have even just a touch more after next week. As of this moment, I'm just a sandblaster, handling a lot of the touchy, delicate stuff we get. After next week, I'll be moving up as a back-up powdercoater at our shop. Which is fucking kick ass. 'cause that means I get a raise if I so want it. :D And yu're damned right I'm gonna be asking for one if I get that one notch on my belt.
Gonna go back to school in the fall, too. I'm looking forward to that. Getting my Master Certificate in Design for Web. I might get it for Print, too, but we'll see when I go register and how Bladez's course is going. Heh. IT'll be nice 'cause I'll some credentials for a worthy career. (Best thing about it is that I don't really need my high school diploma! Haha. Suckers.)
I think that's about it.
Ah, if there's one thing I miss about working retail, it's that I had a lot more to write about. Kinda hard to write anything about this job. I stand in a little cubicle at work, holding a nozzle that blasts sand at high pressure. It's like playing in a sandbox. Sorta.
Sure get to do a lot of thinking, though. Not sure if that's a good thing or not, yet.
