hay guyz. im really dead after practice. the season is going pretty good, this year the conditioning i started preseason really helped me out. im going full steam whole practice being a great example to the younger ppl, me being a senior heh. usually at the end of practice we do a 6 minute drill where we do different shit for 30 seconds, like high knees, blockin and recoverin pushbups, mountain climbs, and hte captains coime up fornt and yell shit out. this year its all the seniors up front. so i get to yell out "hit it!" adn everyone sprawls. i also do the occasional somethin else heh. but yea i think were totally gonna kick ass this year, come to our meets to watch as get kicked.
