A drabble of 100 words

Summary: Some scars can't be seen. Response to a castleland challenge to write a fic with three sentences. I couldn't resist the temptation to make it 100 words. I tied for third place in this challenge.

the writer in him knows that his wound was nothing compared to the pain he felt watching the blood and life seeping from Beckett's body.

I like this distinction. Different types of pain and different types of scars, and depending on the people/situation the physical ones are not necessarily the most painful.

Yes, when people read more into something you wrote than you intended, just pretend that that was totally your goal the entire time.
