After that, she’ll hunt Sam Winchester. She’ll find him before anyone else, and she’ll save him. Keep him from harm, protect him like no one ever protected her. He deserves it, maybe more than she ever did. They both know tragedy, they both know hurt, and he needs her on his side, needs what she knows. Maybe he won’t let her help him after he discovers what she is, maybe he’ll kill her, or at least try. But she’ll defend him no matter what, because he’s the person she could only hope to be, and she’ll save him or die trying. He’ll be the atonement for the sin she’ll soon commit.
