Tuesday - Record turnout at College Democrats, we filled a lecture hall, and people were actually enthusiastic! Wow!
Wednesday - Great diner with the Academic Senate at Prez. Bowman's place. (Who know CDS could actually cook?)
Senate meeting was torture, though. Why are professors such windbags on the most meaningless of topics? Basically, a two and half hour meeting in which nothing was voted on or accomplished. Oh well, they will get better (I hope, anyway)
Thursday - Great day for College Dems: 2 great articles about us, then our first major event: Protesting W's speech....125+ peeps showed up at our "1000 points of light" protest, good times! We were the second story on local NBC news (The first being Bush's speech, of course)
Watching the actual speech was surprizingly fun (naturally we made it a drinking game)
Friday - Actually made it to class, (which is an accomplishment in and of itself)
Up this weekend:
Parade or two with Dems
Updating website
Practice LSAT (Less than 1 month to go!?!)
