I finally got my first positive write-up yesterday. The last place I worked didn't seem to recognize my good traits, and sort of upset me by my mediocre review.
Perhaps by being a clean and industrious person (much like always) I'll have a better review this time around.
Yes. I'm stupidly gleefully excited about this because I like being recognized for the good that I do. Even if it's evil disguised as good. I'm really not too picky.
Though my manager was kind of mean about it and made me think that something was wrong or I'd gotten in trouble before telling me that it was a good write-up.
