NaNo and New Plymouth
Well, FuzzyBen and I are here in New Plymouth, and successfully doing as little as possible. I'll only be updating sporadically this week.
Writing for NaNo is going well. I won't be posting any more of it here on LJ, but I am emailing it to a few people (mostly from my writing group), as they're enjoying the tale. No revisions, though - this is hard out writing. If you really desperately want to read tentacled fun, email me and ask nicely *grin*
I'm up to 4,833 words at the moment - Saturday and today were particularly successful, but I only managed about 500 words yesterday before we headed off down the country, and was too whacked to do any more last night. But I'm really enjoying the twists my tale is taking, and am enjoying getting down and writing, which is the main thing.
