Eddie had his first practice for tball friday night. he looked so grown up out there w/ the other kids. he almost had a tantrum and i channeled my inner tom hanks & told him " there is no crying in baseball" His coach asked for some parent vounteers during the games. he needs a 1st base, 3rd base & bench coaches. I voulnteered to be the bench coach. i did it for Jimmy's team. I told him that my husband laughed at me (well not just him really, but some of the other people i knew) becuase i was a bit anal and made note cards w/ the kids names on them and taped them to the bench. Coach Peter said "you're that mom? HEY WE GOT THE COOL MOM ON OUR TEAM" He said they were talking about me at their coaches meeting. guess i have a reputation to uphold now.
sundays & mondays are goign to be my only free days for a while.
Tues 6pm - jimmy soccer practice
Wed 6 pm- eddie tball practice
thrs 6 pm- jimmy soccer practice
friday 5 pm- eddie practice. until games start. then i need to have him there by 5:45 for games
Saturdays- depending on the day Jimmy has soccer games AND i'll have to be at tball at 9;45 i think (dont have the schedule yet
