Sensory Pleasure part 13 - (03/09/2008)

On with the show! ^_^

Title: Sensory Pleasure (part 13/?)

Author: That'd be me. *grins* Andrew, Obsidian, call me what you want. But only if it's nice. ;)

Rating: Yeah, the story has definitely reached R-rated territory. ;)

Previously, on Sensory Pleasure: Amy tells Lucy about her inflight escapades, and Lucy decides she needs to be punished... and then nearly kills her with sex. (And what a way to go...) Amy gets a good sized tattoo that proclaims she is now "PROPERTY OF LUCY DIAMOND", and then ruins Janet's credibility to make sure her affair with Lucy stays quiet by making it seem like Janet had pounced on her and tried to have her way with the Perfect Score, while Janet herself was... rather confused.

Legal Disclaimer: I do not own 'D.E.B.S.', Angela Robinson does. Though if I had my way, there would have been a sequel or two by now. ;)

"Tonight, could I be lost forever?
To drown my soul in sensory pleasure."

"You did what?" Lucy asked, laughing.

Classes that day had just seemed to drag on and on and on, and Amy had all but raced out of the academy to go meet Lucy. As soon as she'd gotten Lucy in her arms... everything felt better. She'd just held her, closing her eyes and inhaling the faint, wonderful scent that was Lucy.

She had eventually been forced to let go, of course, since they were in Lucy's car and there was traffic behind them, but she kept a hand on Lucy's arm as she drove, the tactile contact somehow reassuring. As Lucy drove them somewhere - and Amy really didn't care where, as long as they were together - she'd told Lucy about the events of that morning. "I made it seem like she'd pounced on me so that if she did say anything about me dating the infamous Lucy Diamond, everyone would think she was just making it up to get back at me for rejecting her," Amy explained, happy Lucy wasn't upset at her for kissing Janet. It hadn't been much of a kiss anyway, since she hadn't had much time, and Janet had been a bit too stunned to really kiss her back.

"Poor Janet," Lucy said with a grin, shaking her head.

"She'll live," Amy replied. "Where are we going, anyway?" Hopefully, it wasn't one of Lucy's... surprises. She was still sore from last night.

"Where do you wanna go?" Lucy countered. "I don't have any plans for today, myself."

Amy stared at her, as if confused by the question. Where did she want to go? Nobody ever asked her that. Not really. Even Bobby, back when they'd been dating, had only treated what she wanted as a suggestion, to be ignored if he didn't feel like doing it. "I... You're the one driving."

"Tell you what, then," Lucy said as she took an exit onto a seemingly deserted road, which lead to an equally empty parking lot. "How about you drive for a while?"

Amy blinked, then muttered something under her breath as Lucy stopped the car and shut it off. "What?" Lucy asked, eyebrow raised.

Amy shifted in embarrassment. "I said... I don't know how to drive."

It was Lucy's turn to blink in surprise. "You're kidding. Isn't high-speed chase driving a part of your curriculum, or something?"

"Not exactly. It... I grew up in a small town, where everything was within walking distance, and Max does all the driving here. I just... never really had the occasion to learn," she admitted, looking down.

Lucy studied her for a long moment. "We could change that," she said finally.

"Huh?" Amy asked, looking up at her.

"I could teach you."

"Oh. You, uh... You wouldn't mind?"

Lucy smiled fondly at her. "I love you, silly. Of course I don't mind." So they got out of the car and switched seats, and Lucy set about trying to teach Amy how to drive.

'Trying to' being the operative words.

Never had Lucy been quite so thankful for her deVille's 'Hydra-Matic' automatic transmission as she was during Amy's initial 'start-and-stop' approach to driving. Frankly, she didn't think she would have felt up to teaching Amy how to work a manual transmission. "Don't be afraid of the car," Lucy advised her. "There's nothing around here for you to hit. And be gentle with the pedals. Trust me, they don't need a lot of force to make the car move."

Amy nodded, then winced as she brought the car to an overly sharp stop. "Sorry," she muttered, as she had every other time she'd done so. Maybe some music would help, she thought, reaching for the radio.

Lucy, unfortunately, was a second too late to notice what her girlfriend was doing. "No, wait-!"

Amy pressed the button that should have turned on the radio. What it actually did, however, was launch a small missile from a hidden port at the front of the car. The missile, having been given no specific target, cruised aimlessly until its sensors locked onto the empty attendant's booth at the far end of the parking lot, which proved to be not terribly missile resistant, and exploded in a fireball.

Amy's eyes widened in shock, and she clapped a hand over her mouth. Lucy grimaced. "Okay, let's leave the radio alone, hmm?" she finally suggested.

Amy nodded wordlessly, then managed to scrape together enough brain cells to ask, "Who the hell has a missile launcher built into their car?!"

"The same kind of person who has a speedboat that turns into a submarine," Lucy replied readily. "You're gonna have to stop expecting things to be 'normal' around me."

Amy snorted. "I think 'normal' went out the window during our first date."

Lucy smiled. "True enough. Now, then, when you're driving, be gentle." She paused, considering, then added, "Treat the car like you would me."

Amy gave her an odd look, then shrugged and bent down to plant a series of light kisses on the steering wheel.

Lucy burst into laughter and swatted her arm. "Not like that, you nut. Be gentle. Smooth. Firm, but not overly so."

Amy, still smiling, thought about what Lucy was trying to tell her. She put the car back into gear, and gently squeezed down on the gas pedal. This time the car moved forward much more smoothly.

Lucy nodded approvingly. "Much better." Not perfect, yet, but it was a definite improvement. "And you're doing a lot better then my first attempt, don't worry. You haven't hit anything, yet, after all."

"Do I wanna-"

"No," Lucy interrupted. And even if she did want to know, Lucy didn't really wanna talk about it. "Now, don't step on the brakes. Gently apply pressure. They're plenty sensitive, so they'll notice what you're trying to do without you needing to be really forceful about it. You know, like you are when I'm focusing on your chest."

Amy choked out a laugh, but she thought she got the idea, now. "You certainly have an, umm... unique teaching method."

"Go with what works, right?" Lucy asked, grinning. She ran Amy through the basics, such as U-turns, parallel parking, three-point turns, and the like. She didn't have all the traffic laws memorized, but Amy assured her that she could take care of that part herself. She also declined an invitation to drive them back to Lucy's Evil Lair, not feeling anywhere near confident enough in her skills just yet for something like that.

She looked at her watch-slash-comm once she was back in the passenger seat and blinked. "Wow. That took up a lot more time then it felt like."

"Time flies when you're having fun, I guess," Lucy replied. "Which must be why it always feels like my time with you ends too soon."

Amy blushed. "The feeling is mutual, trust me. Unfortunately, I do have to go home at some point, before people start asking questions. And, annoyingly, I also have homework to do."

Lucy shook her head in mock-sadness. "Ah, the glorious life of a DEB," she teased.

"Yeah, yeah, rub it in, why don't you?" Amy pretended to grouse. "But I doubt your life's all sun and roses, either."

"True enough," Lucy admitted. "Though it's definitely taken a turn for the better, of late," she added, leaning over to give Amy a soft, loving kiss.

"Don't you dare make me cry," Amy told her once it was over.

"Does that mean you don't want your gift?" Lucy asked, eyes dancing.

"Huh?" Amy asked intelligently.

"Open the glove box."

Amy did as requested, and discovered a jewelry box sitting atop several maps and a first-aid kit. She gasped. "My very own first-aid kit! Oh, Lucy, you shouldn't have!"

Lucy laughed again - privately marveling at how easily Amy could make her do so - and began to reach for the jewelry box. "Well, if that's all you want from in there..."

Amy snagged the box before she could get it. "Tease."

"You know you love it when I tease you," Lucy replied, trailing a finger up Amy's leg and stopping just under her skirt.

Amy shivered. "Maybe," she admitted, then forestalled any further such teasing by opening the box.

She froze.

Inside was a gorgeous diamond necklace.

She managed to get out, "Lucy..." before the air was completely sucked from her lungs.

"So, you like it, then?" Lucy asked, trying not to let on how nervous she actually was.

Amy nodded wordlessly. "Where did...? How...?"

Lucy plucked the necklace out of the box and held it up to Amy's neck. "May I?"

Amy didn't move for a long moment, then pulled her hair back so that Lucy could fasten the clasp around her neck. "There. Perfect," Lucy proclaimed after she was finished, leaning back in her seat. "As for where... Well, I had to do something to keep myself busy while you were in school, so... Long story short, there's a Zales in town that's now missing a good chunk of their inventory."

Amy froze again. So, she wasn't just wearing a no doubt ridiculously expensive diamond necklace, she was wearing a stolen ridiculously expensive diamond necklace. Somehow, though, she couldn't quite manage to be all that surprised. She did remember who she was dating, after all. "Ah... Thank you." She hesitated, not sure she really wanted to know, then asked anyway, "How much was it?"

Sensing she was moving into uncertain territory, Lucy proceeded cautiously. "It's a three carat total weight Diamond Chevron Flower Necklace in fourteen karat white gold. Total value is about four thousand dollars... not including any possible tax."

Amy's mouth opened and closed soundlessly, which was appropriate, because she certainly felt like a fish out of water. She felt lightheaded, unable to get quite enough air into her lungs. She had four thousand dollars worth of jewelry hanging around her neck, which Lucy had just given her like it was nothing. Which Lucy had stolen, her conscience reminded her. Curiously, that part didn't bother her quite as much as the rest of it. "Wow," she finally choked out. "This... This is... Lucy, this is really too much."

Lucy didn't quite sigh with relief, but it was close. "Nonsense," she proclaimed. "That isn't even a fraction of you're worth to me."

Amy's vision blurred. "Dammit, I told you not to make me cry."

Lucy pulled her into a hug. "Sorry. Truth, though, and you should know that. And you should also know that you more then deserve this. If you don't wanna wear it around your friends, I'll understand - it's not the sort of gift that could come from just anyone, after all, not to mention I know you'd probably hate to lose something like that - but I want you to keep it. It's yours, now to do with whatever you want."

"Of course I'll keep it," Amy blurted out before thinking. She pulled back so she could look at Lucy, though she was still close enough that their noses were millimeters apart. "You just..." she tried, tearing up. "This is so..."

Lucy kissed her again, so lovingly and tenderly that she gave up and allowed herself to cry. Lucy just held her while she cried from the sheer joy of being so loved, and so in love.

"I wish you didn't have to go back," Lucy whispered after her tears wound down.

Amy couldn't tell whether Lucy had intended for her to hear that or not, but replied anyway. "So do I," she agreed softly. "But..." She trailed off.

"I know."

"It doesn't have to be now, though," Amy offered. "We can go back to your place, you can cook me dinner, I can have you for dessert... Sound good to you?" Because, after all, just because she was still kind of sore didn't mean Lucy was.

"Sounds perfect," Lucy decided, a look entering her eyes that suggested that she might just want to skip right to dessert, right that very second.

Amy swallowed hard.

**********************************************
Dinner had been a simple yet delicious spaghetti with meatballs and garlic bread (both of which had come from Lucy's freezer, but that was fine by Amy, and they were still great), as Lucy had felt a bit too distracted to manage anything more complicated.

While it cooked, she and Amy had talked about nothing in particular, the subject matter staying deliberately light, which continued all the way through dinner.

Afterwards, they retired to her room and cuddled up on her bed, feeling no particular need to rush into anything. "Remind me to call my friends later, so they won't start worrying that I've been kidnapped again," Amy said randomly.

Lucy blinked, surprised out of her study of Amy's face - which translated roughly to staring at Amy and zoning out. "Right... does that mean you're planning on sticking around?"

"Would I be welcome?"

"Would you... Amy, if it were up to me, you'd never leave!"

Amy giggled. "I have sort of gotten that impression, yes. And... Well, it's harder for me to fall asleep when you're not there - and no, not just because you've usually tired me out by that point," she added dryly. "Trust me, I've tried that by myself, and it doesn't seem to have the same effect."

Allowing herself a few moments to imagine Amy taking herself in hand - so to speak - Lucy then said, "I know how you feel. Sleeping alone didn't used to be a problem for me, but now I might toss and turn for hours if you're not there." She paused, then added, "I may just have to actually kidnap you from the DEBS."

Strangely, the thought did nothing but excite Amy. "For how long?" she asked curiously.

"Forever."

Amy smiled. "You promising me forever, now?"

"As long as you'll have me."

She thought about the wedding dress she'd been idly sketching herself wearing on the flight back from Hawaii. "That would be forever," she confirmed.

Knowing Amy couldn't really be as free of resistance to the idea as she seemed, Lucy said, "All we'd have to do then was figure out a way to keep your friends off of our backs."

"I really don't want to think about them right now," Amy told her, pulling away and sitting up to pull off her stockings, which landed on the floor. She could feel Lucy's eyes boring into her back as she removed her shirt, which joined them.

"Don't you ever wear a bra?" Lucy blurted out.

"You complaining?" Amy asked with a smile, not turning around, yet.

Arms slipped around her from behind and she couldn't help but inhale sharply when their hands found her breasts, which felt even more sensitive then usual just then. "Oh, never," Lucy assured her. "Believe me, I'd love it if you never had to wear anything at all."

Amy moaned as Lucy began gently squeezing and caressing her chest. "I don't recall... saying you could do this," she managed to say, her breathing already picking up.

"I don't recall asking," Lucy replied smugly.

"So, you think you c-can just do... whatever, to my body?"

"Why not? Evidently, it belongs to me." One hand disappeared from her breasts long enough to tap her back. "Says so right there."

"Can't argue with that," Amy said happily. "But I want my dessert."

"Then come get it," Lucy whispered into her ear.

She then laughed as Amy turned in her grasp and pounced on her.

**********************************************
"Holy crap!"

Amy blinked. "And good morning to you, too, Janet," she said dryly as she met her squad at the entrance to the academy. She hadn't even bothered going home that morning, instead having Lucy drop her off a couple of blocks away from the school. This, of course, meant that she was still wearing yesterday's uniform... and her new necklace, which Janet was staring at in astonishment.

"Where did you get that?" she demanded.

"It was a gift," Amy replied, looking around for Dom and Max.

"She bought you..."

"Not... exactly."

Janet's eyes impossibly widened even further. "It's stolen?!" she squeaked. Thankfully, no one nearby overheard her.

"I wouldn't know. I don't exactly accompany her on her jobs, now do I?"

"Where were you yesterday, then?" Janet asked as they started to walk down the hall.

"Getting driving lessons, actually."

Janet blinked, not having expected that at all. "Oh. Um, how'd it go?"

Amy frowned pensively. "Not too badly, I suppose. I'm not even close to ready for a road test yet, and I still have to study the driving manual to get all the laws and such down, but I think I made definite progress." She smiled. "What can I say? I had a great instructor."

Janet honestly had no idea what to say - something of a first, for her. The idea of Lucy Diamond doing something as mundane as teaching her girlfriend how to drive a car was just weird, and not something Janet would have imagined her having the patience for. She was supposed to be the evil supervillain bent on world conquest - or at least destroying Australia, which she had yet to get any kind of reason for. She wasn't supposed to be... nice. "Come on, we're going to be late for the morning briefing," she said instead.

The others were just settling into their seats in the conference room - no breakfast meeting today, which was just as well by Amy, as Lucy had made them waffles, sausage, and toast (the first two from the freezer and cooked in the toaster and microwave, respectively, but they'd been pretty good - well, Lucy had seemed to enjoy the sausage, anyway; Amy had just had some fruit in place of it - so they still counted), so she wouldn't have had room for anything, anyway - by the time they arrived.

Phipps got straight to business. "Lucy Diamond has struck again," he announced, activating the holo-screen with details of a certain jewelry store robbery, including pictures of the surprisingly empty store. "Yesterday morning, the staff of a Zales evacuated the store when a fire alarm sounded. The Fire Department seemed to respond quickly, sending in one rig and a number of firefighters." The screen changed to show a video of a fire truck pulling up right in front of the store, with figures running around every which way. "They 'examined' the store for around twenty minutes, finally determining that it was just a false alarm, and departed. When the staff reentered the store, they found it in this condition." A close up of the post-robbery store was shown. "A later check showed that the alarm hadn't ever made it to the actual Fire Department at all."

Amy couldn't quite stop a laugh. "Oh, now that was clever," she said, shaking her head, not quite able to keep a grin of admiration off of her face. "Gotta give her credit for that one."

"Why didn't we hear anything about this?" Max demanded.

"Maybe she didn't tell anyone this time?" Janet suggested with a shrug.

"That does seem likely," Amy agreed, admittedly surprised by Janet's seeming nonchalance. "It probably didn't escape her notice that the last times she let anyone in on her plans, everyone from us to the local cops to the FBI to some rogue NSA agents showed up, and she strikes me as being smart enough to do something about it."

"Do we know anything?" Max asked, sounding frustrated.

"According to the store's insurance report, several million dollars worth of jewelry, mostly diamonds in one form or another, have gone missing, most notably what they consider the crown of their collection," Phipps said, changing the image to a necklace that looked rather familiar to Amy.

She was, after all, wearing it right that second.

Janet's eyes bugged as she tried - and failed - to be subtle in glancing from Amy to the screen and back, several times.

Phipps noticed. "On a related note, in the future, Amy, please abide by the DEBS dress code. Save the jewelry - especially any necklaces that hang loose like that - for when you're off-duty."

"Will do," Amy said with a small salute, smiling to show that she wasn't really trying to be a smart-ass.

Dominique frowned, and for a second Janet was terrified that she was about to blow the whole thing wide open, getting Amy - and her - in more trouble then she could comprehend. "Eet eez a bit... ostentatious, non? Who would give you such a... tacky fake?"

Amy looked bemused. "You don't think it looks real?"

"I would doubt zat you know anyone who could afford to buy something like zat for you. Do you?"

Buy it? "No, not really," Amy admitted. Well, actually, Lucy probably could afford to buy it. She just wouldn't.

"Can we get back to business, please?" Max grumbled.

As it turned out, though, there wasn't all that much left to discuss. Lucy hadn't left all that much in the way of evidence this time around - practice made perfect, it seemed - and thus far no one had heard anything about where she and her partner (Amy visibly stifled a snicker, though fortunately no one was looking at her right then) were planning to strike next.

Janet had to admit to being surprised. She knew she wasn't the only one to have noticed how identical Amy's necklace looked to the one stolen by Lucy Diamond - who had a new, mysterious, tall, blonde partner who no one had ever seen in the same place as Amy - but evidently no one could even comprehend the idea of suspecting Amy of being in league with Lucy Diamond. After all, she was the DEBS poster girl.

After the briefing broke up, Amy held Janet back until the others had left. "You owe me fifty dollars," she said simply.

Janet considered arguing, but an indefinite bet just wouldn't make any kind of sense, and wearing a stolen diamond necklace a briefing that she'd had to know was about the theft was really one of the most obvious things Amy could have done without outright admitting she was dating the DEBS arch-enemy. Fuming quietly, she fished her wallet out of her skirt pocket, pulled out two twenties and a ten, handed them to Amy, and left without a word.

Oh, this story is too much fun to write. Which hardly means I'm about to stop, don't worry. ;)

Oh, and this is Amy's new necklace.
