At Least One Task Is Ticked Off ....
Yes, I have pretty much finished sorting out my spare room ... just need to get the carpet hoovered, and then that's a huge tick in my list of started jobs.
So that's a positive.
However I also have found that the Church service I have been going to for the last 3 years is being stopped. Our pastor does 2 services with similar content ... and feels that he can't give 100% focus to both. Sadly I much prefer the early one as it is quieter, and much more focussed on what I want Church to be about. Pre-Covid we only had one service, but I have really enjoyed the peace of these last few years. The nice thing is that the Pastor has written to those of us that it is affecting to let us know the when & why ... and to say that he wants feedback from us, as well as actually speaking to us in person. I know I am in the minority of prefering a quiet service, so it hasn't suprised me overall. But something I need to get my head around.
So that's my negative for the day ... hopefully that's all the bad news I get today!
So, now I want to get this posted ... and other tasks done while I am on a housework day!

The summer I was 5 was when we got our first TV ... and apparently that year I did watch the "rackets" as that was all that was on!
