Yes after a long week of work - 43 hours in the 5 days has kept me out of mischief. I was looking forward to a lazy day, which I shall have, but it will be nice if it brightens up a bit I shall have a walk.
However I realised that 3 years ago this week I was unable to work, at all. In a couple of weeks it will be the anniversary of when I started back ... and only managed 8 hours in the week, for quite a few months.
So I am truly thankful for my health.
Yes, I do still get tired, but I can accept that, after all for a couple of years I was tired 100% of the time.
I hope to get another set of photos up later .... but I have shopping to do first. So before I head off to do that -
10 - Worldwide Knit in Public Day: It's time to take knitting out of the shadows and show everyone that knitting is for all ages and that it’s a fun and enjoyable activity, and something that you can proud of. Do you knit? Do you knit in public? Do you ever get questions or comments from strangers when you do knit in public?
I do knit (& crochet), but only in an evening. However I wouldn't have a problem doing them in a public place.
11 - Corn on the Cob Day: Do you like corn on the cob? How do you usually cook it -- just boiled, on the BBQ, etc.? What's your favourite seasoning?
I tend to like them boiled, with just a little salt ... bare if out, but if at home using the margarine that I can "eat"
Right, be back later
