Just done a walk (as I answered in the question below), and it was really nice out. I love days like this where it is dry, not slippery, but with a think coat/jumper easy to keep warm, as there is no wind.
So yes, the weather is a winner today. It might even inspire me to do more spring cleaning! (Or maybe not!)
But, whatever I decide, before I go ...
20 - Take a Walk Outdoors Day: Is being outdoors important to you? How often do you spend time outside/in nature? Do you have easy access to parks or walking trails or other natural areas (e.g. the beach)? Do you feel any benefit if you make the effort to go out into nature? Do you try to get outside regularly? Depending on where you live, January might not be the best month for marking Take a Walk Outdoors Day - do you find it more difficult to venture outdoors in the winter?
Ironically I have just done a walk ... well I walked to post a letter in my brother's door (a mile away), then back via the supermarket.
I tend to walk to the city (almost 2 miles away) every couple of weeks ... etc, etc
I do enjoy it, but prefer it if I am "sightseeing" as well ... but am happy to do that locally, although prefer a new location.
However I am 5 mins walk from a large park, that leads to less formal greenery etc.
Yes, I realise how lucky I am, especially as I rarely get snow, ice ... or even as much rain as other parts of the country.
Right, let's get on
