Did they deaden your eye in any way? They put my mom in twilight sleep to do her cataract surgery. She had been afraid to do it. They only did one eye at a time. After the surgery she was mad at herself for putting it off so long. It didn't hurt her at all and took just a few moments to do. She was amazed at how different things looked after the surgery.

My grandmother had hers done - the first was a failure, but she went ahead and had the other done and it was great.
It is amazing how much surgery is available ... especially in such a delicate region!
