My weekend was pretty good - actually managed to get quite a lot of gardening done for Mum & Dad, so that's great.  Jiffy potters around with me when I am in the back garden, but in the front, he still comes, but is attached to me via 3 leads joined together.  So, I can work, and he can supervise!

I'm glad you had a good weekend :) I didn't see any of the opening ceremonies but I heard mixed reviews of them. Sounds like they did some pretty cool stuff though :)

Yes, the opening ceremony was "different" - which in itself was good, as at least it shows someone had new ideas ... but sadly, for some, those ideas didn't work!

Jiffy is to cute! My two cats, Tinker and Rusty, also get VERY annoyed when I am not in bed by a certain time. Rusty reacts by meowing loudly all over the house and Tinker just sits there and stares at me until I follow her back to the bedroom. Pets certainly have their own personalities.

Yes, Jiffy is most put out if bed time isn't at "his" time ... he sulks his way into the New Year!
