The last time the global gag rule was enacted clinics providing contraception and health care closed all over the world, abortion rate went up 40%, women died! That's not pro life!

You do it by following an evidence based public health approach giving access to care, counselling and contraception. You do it by providing education, by teaching young people , whatever their gender,about consent. You do it by speaking openly, by making sure that people understand about sexual health matters and have access to clinics.
Look at places where the teen pregnancy rates have plummeted and you'll find that they are the places with the best sexual health education and support and the least focus on guilt and shame. And they are areas where the responsibility lies with all genders , not where smug men tell women they are sluts who should keep their legs together!
