WFC -- Nope, Some Other Cons -- Yes, Ma'am!
I think I mentioned this a while back, but I figured I should mention it again...
I will not be attending World Fantasy Con this year. The expense and headache of trying to deal in Calgary was more than I could manage.
However, I do plan to be back next year and the year after and so on.
For you Pacific Northwesters, you will find me peddling my fine books (and maybe even some other people's fine books) at Orycon 30 in beautiful downtown Portland. My youngster will be along to assist. That's November 21-23.
And it's never too soon to start looking forward to Radcon, is it? Nicholas and I will road trip again to scenic Pasco in February for our fourth or fifth Radcon. Whoa, is that even possible? That many years? Yeah, this'll be the fifth.
In the mean time, I seem to have been struck by a cold or plague or something. I feel achy and blah and cranky, so I think I'll go back to resting and whining.
For those of you who are going to WFC, do try to have a good time and don't get run over by any cows.
