So I'm starting to feel almost a bit excited about this recital. (i'd be bouncing off the walls if my accompanist knew her goddamn PART already)
I mean, good food, parents coming to visit, no more practicing the same music anymore, less intense sessions with my teacher... what more could you ask for?
perhaps that it go well?
I hope so. either way, it will be done done done!

Lately it seems that i've been having moments where I start to believe that i'm doing the right thing. Like maybe teaching really is going to be the thing that i love doing and will do probably forever.

and anyway, if that whole thing doesn't work out, there's always the llama farm that alice and i are going to have.
her mom and sister are here, and currently feeding us delicious food. What a great week...soon my parents will be here...wheee.
