If it's not one thing, it's another. Frozen shoulders (note the plural), messed up elbow and now Trigger ThumbIt's been getting worse over the last few months - holding a pen to sign a credit card slip? Ouch. In the morning, it's a symphony of snap, crackle, pop when I try to stretch out my hand

Hmm - I wonder who's going to be the third? I've got a friend here in Minneapolis who was diagnosed with Trigger Thumb earlier this week.

Sympathy for the pain. I hope that the Trigger Thumb and other problems can be resolved without surgery.
