Most of my life, I've been chopping off the tops of daikons and tossing the leaves. Today's batch of daikon had some beautiful green leaves, so I decided to do something with them.
Figured I'd make a stir fry of leaves, mushrooms, a little bacon, pepper, some dashi and shoyu.
Notes to self - perhaps cook it a bit longer. Add ginger? Add garlic?
