I love a medicine cabinet. And I don't know why cold cream is called that, but I do know it smells wonderful and it feels excellent on a sun burn. Maybe I should revisit this cold cream phenomenon?

One thing that modern bathrooms do not have, which older ones do, is a razor drop. I am fascinated with razor drops. I once helped a friend do some remodelling and when we tore into the bathroom wall...50 years of razor blades! Fascinating!!

Our family of 5 plus shared one bathroom for years. Even now, at my parents house (which usually houses at least 4 dogs and 4-6 people, except on holidays when the number rises exponentially) we share one shower. There is a half bath on the first floor for guests, but everyone else goes upstairs. I don't understand kids with their own bathrooms...weird. I bet my mom would have loved a master suite, though. At the very least individual bathrooms would keep us all from yelling out "I'm Naked! Don't look!" as we run from the bathroom to our respective bedrooms. I have seen a lot of things I cannot unsee. (And shown a lot of things I cannot unshow!)
