I saw my F.L. today, and we talked, and I babbled incoherently, and she may be coming for a visit next Friday.

Also, my Valentine's Day present to papertigers turns out to be even cooler than we thought. Apparently, The Mousetrap only plays once a year outside the West End. It's been running for 57 years consecutively, and they still ask audiences after

I should mention that I do know the ending because I've owned the US printing of the story it's based on for 1/3 of my life. it's the only Christie story that hasn't been published in the UK; she asked that it not be published until the play was no longer running in the West End (she obviously underestimated its longevity). I'm still looking forward like anything to the play, though; the story is so humanly creepy.
